The full breakdown

Eight Dimensions.
One Named Result.

Open any row for the reasoning and evidence behind the named result.

LabCorp performs the exam by standard ova and parasite microscopy, a long-established clinical method. However, LabCorp does not publish the specific pathogens screened, and the page states Cryptosporidium, Cyclospora cayetanensis, and Microsporidium are not included.

The test is ordered specifically to screen a stool sample for intestinal parasites, which is exactly the parasite-screening use case.

A single-specimen microscopy exam covers common intestinal parasites but misses important pathogens the page names as excluded, and multi-specimen exams are more sensitive.

At $75 plus a $6 per-order physician fee, this is the lowest-priced parasite screen in the catalog by a wide margin, with no subscription.

Because LabCorp does not publish which pathogens are screened, buyers cannot tell from the page what a negative result rules out, and results need clinician interpretation.

The performing laboratory (LabCorp), sample requirements, turnaround, and the named pathogen exclusions are published, but the screened-pathogen list itself is not.

A LabCorp visit is required to obtain the specimen container, the test is not an at-home kit, and the page warns of current lab delays that could add 10 business days to results.

No test-specific privacy or data-handling policy is published on the product page, so buyers rely on the general privacy practices of Walk-In Lab and LabCorp.
