Can a panel have a grade before human review?
Yes. A named result can be published from the available source evidence before editorial review. Look for the separate Human Reviewed label to know whether that review has been completed and documented.
Do telehealth or peptide programs get a Test Grade?
No. The directory shows source-linked facts about each Care Program, including consultation, testing, medication pathway, fulfillment, follow-up, price structure, and unknowns. You can review published Care Program facts side by side for research, but Labbrary does not provide a Care Program comparison tool, score or rank programs, name category winners, or recommend one. Care Programs do not receive Test Grades or inherit a provider-wide result.
Does a high grade mean I should buy the test?
No. Test Grade assesses the documented product. Your Fit Score reflects your stated needs. Neither decides what is medically appropriate for you.
Why keep a panel with Not Enough Evidence visible?
So you can see the uncertainty before you buy. Missing evidence is a reason to ask more questions, not something we hide behind a confident label.
Can providers pay for a better result?
No. Affiliate relationships do not change grades, rankings, or evidence requirements. Providers can supply facts for checking, but cannot choose their result.
What should I check before paying for care?
Confirm the exact program, who provides care, what is included, what is billed separately, eligibility, fulfillment, and follow-up. An advertised starting price may not describe the full commitment.
Is Labbrary giving me medical advice?
No. We evaluate tests as products and document service pathways. We do not diagnose conditions, interpret individual results, or recommend medical action. Take medical decisions to a qualified clinician.
