A badge is earned only when the program publishes evidence for its exact claim. No vague “trusted” seal. No pay-to-play certification.
The provider names its licensed prescribers, identifies the states they serve, and confirms that a prescription is required.
The provider names its 503A or 503B pharmacy and states that the pharmacy is FDA registered.
A prescription is required at checkout and no research-only disclaimer appears anywhere in the offer or fulfillment path.
The provider confirms nationwide availability or publishes an exact, current list of excluded states that resolves to full US coverage.
Online intake is confirmed and no in-person visit or outside referral is required before ordering.
Every badge answers one question. The evidence has to answer it completely.
Different Questions. Different Signals.
Grades judge the strength of a test panel. Trust badges verify specific program facts. Each has a different job.

Earned or Not Earned.
Binary and factual. Each badge means one published claim was verified against a clear threshold. No numbers. No bars.
Care Programs do not receive Test Grades.
Evidence, Not Aesthetics
The badge is the visible result.
The real product is the proof behind it.
If a program changes its pharmacy, ordering path, or state coverage and no longer qualifies, the badge comes off.
Verify the program being listed, not a similar product, provider homepage, or general marketing claim.
Every badge requires a cited source URL, the exact published claim, and the date it was checked.
The evidence must satisfy the badge’s full earn criteria. “Likely,” “appears to,” and provider-wide inference do not qualify.
Badges are reviewed on a schedule and removed whenever the live program stops qualifying.
