Quest test 8889 and the published specimen requirements identify the laboratory route, while assay-specific analytical performance remains incomplete.

Deamidated gliadin IgG and IgA directly address a bounded celiac-related antibody question.

The two published antibodies form a useful bounded pair, but they do not constitute a complete celiac workup.

Mito provides clinician review, dashboard grades, downloadable original reports, key findings, and personalized recommendations, with live consultation sold separately.

The exact offer publishes both antibodies, Quest test code, collection route, state availability, member and nonmember prices, and the separate order fee.

The test is ordered online, collected at Quest, and available in 47 states plus Washington, DC, with three excluded states clearly listed.

The page discloses $30.24 without membership, $21.60 with an optional $9 monthly membership, and a separate $15 order fee.

Mito publishes health-data collection, sharing limits, security, deletion, retention periods, state rights, and a commitment not to sell health data.

Collect

Confirmed

Visit the selected Quest location for a serum blood draw. Test8889 requests 1 mL serum, minimum 0.5 mL, in a transport tube at room temperature. Grossly hemolyzed or grossly lipemic specimens are rejected. This is not a home collection kit. Mito does not require fasting and warns that reducing gluten before testing can lower antibody levels. Tell your clinician if you already follow a gluten-free diet; discuss an appropriate testing plan rather than changing your diet on your own.
