Facts You Can Check.
Money Kept Out of It.
- Our articles help you research and buy health tests. They never diagnose, interpret personal results, or recommend treatment.
- Facts come from primary sources, and every article lists the sources it relies on.
- Prices, turnaround times, and Test Grades come live from the Labbrary catalog, with the date each source was checked.
- Commissions never decide which tests appear, in what order, or how they are graded.
- We use AI tools to help research and draft, and we check every fact against its source before publishing.
Labbrary exists to help you choose a health test with your eyes open. Our articles are held to the same standard as our catalog: say where every fact comes from, show when it was checked, and keep money out of the verdict.
One Byline.
One Accountable Team.
Articles are published under the name Labbrary Editorial, the editorial team of Labbrary LLC. The byline means Labbrary stands behind the article, its sources, and its corrections.
Labbrary Editorial articles are not written or reviewed by a clinician. If a clinician ever reviews an article, the article will name them.
Buying Questions.
Not Medical Advice.
We write about the decisions around a test: what it costs, where to order it, what a panel includes, how collection works, and how the options compare. We do not diagnose conditions, interpret personal results, or tell anyone which treatment to choose. Those decisions belong with you and a qualified clinician. Read our medical disclaimer.
Primary Sources First.
Always Listed.
We build articles from primary sources: provider product pages and published terms, laboratory test directories, U.S. government health resources such as MedlinePlus and the FDA, and peer-reviewed research. Each article lists the sources it relies on so you can check them yourself. Forum posts and marketing claims are never treated as evidence on their own.
Live Prices.
Dated Sources.
Prices, turnaround times, and Test Grades in our articles come live from the Labbrary catalog instead of being typed into the text, so they change when a listing changes. Each listing shows when its provider source was last checked. Providers can change prices or add fees at checkout, so confirm the total on the provider’s site before you pay.
Published Rules.
No Pay to Play.
Test Grades follow the rubric published in our methodology. An article shows a grade only where one has been published for that exact panel. Providers and care programs do not receive Test Grades.
Commissions Stay
Out of the Verdict.
Labbrary earns money from some outbound links and from the optional Labbrary+ membership. An affiliate relationship never changes which tests an article includes, the order they appear in, or their grades. Read our affiliate disclosure for details.
AI Helps Us Research.
Sources Decide the Facts.
We use AI tools to help gather sources, organize research, and draft text. Before an article is published, its facts are checked against the sources it cites, and its prices and grades come from the live catalog, not from the draft.
Mistakes Get Fixed.
In the Open.
Every article shows the date it was published. We update articles when facts change, and when a correction changes what an article says in a meaningful way, we note the correction in the article. To report an error or an outdated fact, contact us.
